Based on the traditional two-stage vacuum transformer oil filter, the REXON brand transformer oil purifier has added many new features that are very practical and smarter for users. So let’s see what REXON will provide to customers with new functions.
A. In addition to the traditional bipolar vacuum system, the oil is deeply dehydrated and degassed. REXON's transformer oil filter also uses an automatic defoaming device, which can replace the operator's monitoring and handling of oil bubble problems in oil treatment.
B. In addition, lighting devices are added to the glass mirror window of the vacuum dehydration and degassing chamber of the oil, which can clearly help customers observe the treatment of the oil in vacuum.
C. In order to bring more stable and smarter operation to the transformer oil purifier, we have equipped the oil filter with a total of 5pcs detection instruments:
-An electronic digital display vacuum gauge is installed on the front of the electric control cabinet. It can detect the vacuum degree of the oil purifier with high precision and control the start and stop of the Roots vacuum pump with higher precision.
-An electronic digital display pressure gauge is installed on the front of the electric control cabinet. It will detect the pressure of the machine operation with high precision and connect to the machine's alarm system. If overpressure occurs inside the machine, the alarm system will alarm in time.
-A pointer-type vacuum gauge is installed on the vacuum chamber, and the pointer is used to detect and display the vacuum degree for the user. This makes it very easy for the user to read the vacuum degree.
Two pointer-type pressure gauges are installed on two fine filter elements respectively. If these two filter elements are blocked to a certain extent, the two pressure gauges will intuitively display the blocked pressure value to the user through the pointer reading.
