Based on this proven technology, our REXON has developed the TYA Series Vacuum Lubricating Oil Purifiers, specifically engineered for the purification, restoration, and long-term maintenance of industrial lubricating oils. The TYA series combines advanced vacuum dehydration technology, efficient degassing systems, and multi-stage precision filtration into a complete oil purification solution suitable for hydraulic oil, lubricating oil, gear oil, compressor oil, and various industrial oils.
During operation, contaminated oil is introduced into the vacuum separation chamber of our REXON TYA Series Vacuum Lubricating Oil Purifier. Under high-vacuum conditions and controlled temperature, free water, dissolved moisture, and dissolved gases are rapidly separated and extracted from the oil without causing thermal degradation. The oil then passes through multiple stages of high-precision filtration elements to remove wear particles, sludge, oxidation residues, and other contaminants. Through this continuous treatment process, oil cleanliness is restored, and lubrication performance is significantly improved.
One of the most important advantages of our REXON TYA Series is its highly efficient moisture removal capability. Water contamination is one of the most harmful factors affecting lubricating oil performance. Even small amounts of dissolved moisture can accelerate oxidation, reduce lubrication efficiency, deplete additives, and increase corrosion risks within hydraulic and lubrication systems.
