We REXON are proud to announce the successful development and production of our latest customized transformer oil purification solution machine, the ZYD-10000 (10,000 LPH) Online Double-Stage Vacuum Transformer Oil Purifier with Regeneration System.
This newly developed equipment was specially designed according to the customer’s transformer operating conditions, oil status, and onsite technical requirements. The machine integrates advanced double-stage high vacuum dehydration and degassing technology, multi-stage high-precision filtration, and oil regeneration technology into one complete purification system.
Our this ZYD-10000 is capable of efficiently removing moisture, dissolved gases, impurities, and fine particles from transformer insulating oil while simultaneously reducing the oil acid value through the regeneration system, helping restore oil quality, improve dielectric strength, and extend transformer service life.
One of the most important highlights of this project is its online working capability. The machine supports online transformer oil purification while the transformer remains energized and operating normally, without shutdown.
During the online oil filtration process, continuous oil circulation may cause fluctuations in the transformer oil level. To ensure the transformer can operate safely and steadily without any operational impact, we REXON technical team specially optimized the machine structure, vacuum balancing system, oil flow circulation control, and safety protection design to maintain stable transformer operation throughout the entire purification process.
