Rexon ZYD-I-150 Transformer Oil Regeneration and Recycling Plant, is a high vacuum oil dehydration, oil degassing and oil filtration system combined with a high efficient oil regeneration device which contains sufficient silica gel material for oil regeneration process. This oil regeneration system is especially applied to regenerate used and aging transformer oil, insulating oil. Series ZYD-I system can deal with not only low voltage oil, but also high voltage oil like 110KV, 500KV, 1000KV. It can perform a perfect and super high efficient oil purification, oil filtration and oil recycling process to old transformer oil.


The series ZYD-I Double-stage vacuum transformer oil regeneration and recycling plant not only provide dewaters, degases and remove impurities, but also remove acidity, sludge, free carbon, deep oxide, and other soluble oil decay products and discoloration. And it can improve the voltage and make the every index like acid value, PH value, of the insulation oil reach the national standard and improve the insulation oil's index. This is accomplished by the use of high vacuum degasification technology and particulate filters combined with our special silica gel. After treating, the oil can be reused as new.


As an important on-site transformer oil cleaning and transformer maintenance system, this plant can inject oil into the transformers online too. It can be used as an independent vacuum resource plant to vacuum transformers high efficiently.

1. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa.

2. Oil Regeneration Device for oil color, acid and oil smell reconditioning.
3. Big capacity of moisture and gas separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength of oil improving greatly.
4. Duplex-stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, and degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, and gas from oil.
5. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies, which can purify oil highly efficiently and make oil highly pure.
6. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
7. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system, and foaming elimination system to ensure the machine operates easily and safely.
8. Adopt an interlocked protective system, which connects the oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leaks, and electricity leaks. If there is any fault, the machine will be powered off automatically.
9. It can be operated both online and offline by transformers.
10. Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers that are above 110KV and can vacuum oil filling for power equipment.
11. Can work online for 150 hours continuously, highly reliable and long time running.
12. PLC programming control system and touch screen to achieve machine working fully automatically.

13. Mobile trailer and weather-proof enclosure are available for option.

By regenerating the transformer oil, it restores the oil's original quality, ensuring optimal performance of the transformer. And helps extend the lifespan of transformers, reducing the need for costly replacements and increasing overall operational efficiency.
The regeneration process not only restores the oil but also helps reduce waste generation. By reusing the existing oil, the equipment contributes to environmental sustainability by minimizing the disposal of used transformer oil.
