REXON Transformer Oil Filtration and Treatment Plant ZYD-100 is a specialized filtration and purification equipment that designed to clean and maintain the quality of transformer oil used in electrical transformers.

Transformer oil is critical for the proper functioning of transformers as it serves several purposes, such as cooling, insulation, and preventing arcing. Over time, the oil can become contaminated with moisture, gases, particulate matter, and sludge, which can degrade its performance and damage the transformer. 2. Big capacity of moisture and gas separating chambers, efficient oil film sprayer, increasing separating size and separating time to ensure the dry-level and dielectric strength of oil improving greatly.
3. Duplex-stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, and degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, and gas from oil.
4. Multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies, which can purify oil highly efficiently and make oil highly pure.
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system, and foaming elimination system to ensure the machine operates easily and safely.
7. Adopt an interlocked protective system, which connects the oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leaks, and electricity leaks. If there is any fault, the machine will be powered off automatically.
8. It can be operated both online and offline by transformers.
9. Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers that are above 110KV and can vacuum oil filling for power equipment.
10. Can work online for 150 hours continuously, highly reliable and long time running.
11. PLC programming control system and touch screen to achieve machine working fully automatically.
