Application
The REXON ZYD-10000 Fully Automatic Transformer Oil Treatment Plant is an advanced vacuum oil filtration and purification system specially designed for both mineral transformer oil and natural ester insulating oil (FR3 oil).
It is widely used in power plants, substations, transformer repair centres, and all fields of high-voltage equipment maintenance to perform on-site filtration, dehydration, and degassing of transformer oils.
For mineral insulating oils, the REXON system efficiently removes moisture, gases, and solid contaminants, restoring the oil's dielectric strength and extending transformer service life.
For FR3 natural ester oils, which are more viscous, biodegradable, and moisture-absorbing, the system operates under optimised low-temperature and gentle vacuum conditions to remove dissolved moisture and gases without damaging the oil's chemical stability. This ensures the preservation of ester structure and fire-resistant performance of FR3 oil while maintaining excellent dielectric properties.
The REXON ZYD-10000 Fully Automatic Transformer Oil Treatment Plant is especially suitable for large power transformers above 1l0kV, and for high-altitude installations (above 500-1000 meters) where insulation oils easily absorb moisture due to reduced air pressure.
Features
1. Especially for removing water from transformer oil, such as free water, trace water and so on, by the double stage vacuum system for high voltage oil.
2. Remove gas, air content from the old high voltage transformer oil by a vacuum degassing system.
3. Remove impurities, tiny particles, acidity, sludge, free carbon, other soluble oil decay products and discolouration substances by 3 stages of filters (Primary filter, secondary filter, fine filter).
4. Independent vacuum oiling system for transformers, this oil purifier can also vacuum dry transformers and online operation with transformers.
5. Designed for processing high voltage insulating oils in workshops, onsite power stations, purifying oil in oil storage tanks or directly in transformers(energised or de-energised transformers).
6. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
7. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system and foaming detecting and eliminating to ensure machine operation easily and safely.
8. Adopt an interlocked protective system, which connects the oil pump, heater and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping.
