REXON RNVS-1200 Big Capacity Vacuum Pumping Set is a high-performance vacuum evacuation solution specially designed for large power transformer maintenance and on-site vacuum evacuation applications. With a total pumping capacity of 4320m³/hour, this model delivers fast and efficient air removal for large-volume transformer tanks during installation, overhaul, and maintenance.
The RNVS-1200 achieves this high pumping capacity through a powerful vacuum pump combination, consisting of two 1080m³/hour backing (fore-vacuum) pumps and one 4320m³/hour Roots vacuum pump. This optimised pump configuration ensures rapid evacuation, stable vacuum performance, and reliable operation under heavy-duty working conditions.
REXON RNVS-1200 Vacuum Pumping Set is widely used for vacuum evacuation of large power transformers during maintenance, installation, and commissioning.
It is suitable for substations, power utilities, transformer service companies, and large-scale electrical equipment vacuum processing projects where high pumping capacity and stable performance are required.

4. Complete installation and accessories included
The equipment is shipped fully installed and debugged, and comes with the necessary stainless steel vacuum hoses and flange connections, allowing customers to connect and use it directly upon receipt.
