Why need the insulating oil purifier?

Transformer insulating oil not only plays an insulating role, but also has the functions of heat dissipation and cooling. As time goes by, insulating oil will be affected by the external environment and equipment operating conditions, and gradually become contaminated or deteriorated. Therefore, regular filtration and purification is required to maintain the purity and electrical properties of the oil to ensure the normal operation of the transformer and the service life of the equipment.
 

Application
REXON fully enclosed dust-proof insulating oil purifier ZYD-30 is mainly used for power plant, power transmission and all power field to do on-site filtration work for transformer oil, insulating oil, dielectric oil, mutual oil, switch oil, and so on. The machine is especially for purifying the insulating oil in all kinds of large power equipment that are above 110KV, especially for the altitude is over 500-1000 meters.

1. Double-stage vacuum system, strong power of vacuum evacuating, ultimate vacuum value ≤ 5Pa.
2. The moisture and gas separating chambers have a large capacity, and the oil film sprayer is efficient. The separating size and time are increased to ensure that the dry level and dielectric strength of oil improve greatly.
3. Duplex-Stereo film evaporation technology, combined with unique and advanced dewatering, degassing components, can rapidly and effectively separate water, gas from oil.
4. A multi-stage precision filtration system, mesh filtration combined with molecular adsorption technologies, can purify oil efficiently and make it highly pure.
5. Efficient electric heating system, heating uniformity, less power consumption, safe, and reliable.
6. Double-infrared liquid level sensor, pressure protective system and foaming elimination system to ensure the machine operates easily and safely.
7. Adopt an interlocked protective system that connects the oil pump, heater, and liquid level sensor, avoiding blank heating, blank pumping, oil leaks, and electricity leaks. If there is any fault, the machine will be powered off automatically.
8. It can be operated both online and offline by transformers.
9. Can be used independent device for vacuuming transformers which are above 110KV and can vacuum oil filling for power equipment.
10. Can work online for 150 hours continuously, highly reliable and long time running.
11. Can be installed by PLC programming control system to achieve machine working fully automatically.
