REXON Vacuum Dehydration Type Turbine Oil Filtration and Purification Machine TY-20(1200LPH) is used for treating the unqualified turbine oil, especially the seriously emulsified turbine oil. It can rapidly and effectively remove water, gas and solid impurity contaminants from oil, and it can break emulsification fast. It aims at turbine oil's nature with high water content, easy emulsification and high impurity content, to recover its performance and make it reusable.
REXON TY-20 is mainly on-site purification of turbine oil used in:
● Steam turbines, gas turbines, and hydro turbines in power plants
● Petrochemical and refinery industries
● Metallurgy, paper mills, and heavy industry machinery
● Marine turbine systems and diesel generator units
● Lubrication systems requiring efficient water removal and high oil cleanliness
Features
1. Breaking emulsification thoroughly with high- molecule polymeric material, the value of breaking emulsification ≤15min (GB/F 7305).
2. Dewatering very effectively with once and for two steps dehydrating method. It can thoroughly clear away the liquid water, free water and 80% dissolved water.
3. With distinctive removing impurities technique filtering through double FH trapezoidal network and absorbing by high polymer material, this machine can make the ß3 equal or surpass 200 and make the cleanness lower grade 5(NAS1638).
4. With the trapezoidal, spiral, automatic back flushing system.
Advantages
