Application

REXON Fully Automatic Vacuum Dehydration Type Lubricating Oil Filtration Machine TYA-50(3000L/Hr)is designed for the purification and regeneration of a wide range of contaminated industrial oils. It is suitable for processing lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, motor oil, compressor oil, gear oil, coolant oil, heat treatment oil, fuel oil, mixed waste oil, and other industrial lubricants. By combining advanced vacuum dehydration and multi-stage precision filtration, the system efficiently removes water, air, gas, particulate contamination, and volatile substances, while rapidly breaking emulsification and restoring oil stability.

After treatment, the purified oil regains its essential physical and chemical properties, including viscosity, lubrication performance, and flash point, bringing the oil quality close to that of new oil. If equipped with an optional online moisture sensor, the screen can also display real-time water content (PPM) in the oil, enabling precise monitoring and control of oil quality during operation, and shut down the machine once reached the required PPM data fully automatically.
