Application
REXON TYA-20 (1200 LPH) is a fully automatic lubricating oil purifier and filtration system specially designed for industrial lubricating oils, particularly high-viscosity lubricants. It combines Siemens PLC automatic control, vacuum dehydration and degassing, and precision filtration to effectively remove moisture, air, particles, oxidation products, and other contaminants, helping restore oil cleanliness and maintain reliable lubrication performance.
For high-viscosity oil applications, the filtration configuration can be customised according to the actual oil viscosity and operating conditions. Where appropriate, the conventional water-separation filter element can be omitted to reduce flow resistance and the risk of filter blockage, helping maintain stable oil flow during continuous purification.
REXON TYA-20 lubricating oil purifier is suitable for purifying hydraulic oil, gear oil, mechanical oil, and other industrial lubricating oils used in power generation, mining, metallurgy, manufacturing, heavy machinery, and other industrial applications.
