The REXON ZYD-I-200 Transformer Oil Purification and Regeneration Plant is a high-capacity 12,000LPH oil treatment system specifically engineered for the maintenance and life extension of power transformers, reactors, and other high-voltage electrical equipment. It is particularly suitable for large-scale substations, power generation facilities, utility companies, and transformer service providers responsible for maintaining transformers rated above 110kV, including installations located at altitudes exceeding 500 meters where superior oil conditioning and insulation performance are essential.
Designed for both preventive and corrective transformer maintenance, the ZYD-I-200 Transformer Oil Purification and Regeneration Plant performs advanced oil purification and regeneration while the transformer remains energized or de-energized.
In addition to removing moisture, gases, particles, acidity, sludge, oxidation products, discoloration, and oil aging compounds, the system can also be used for transformer vacuum evacuation, vacuum oil filling, and vacuum drying operations. This makes it a complete transformer maintenance solution capable of restoring insulating oil quality, improving dielectric strength, extending transformer service life, and reducing costly equipment downtime.
Features
1. The ZYD-I-200 combines advanced vacuum purification and silica gel regeneration technologies to remove moisture, gases, particles, acidity, sludge, oxidation products, discoloration, and oil aging compounds in a single integrated process, restoring transformer insulating oil to near-new condition.
2. The integrated oil regeneration system effectively eliminates acidic and polar contaminants from severely deteriorated transformer oil while restoring oil color and clarity. After treatment, breakdown voltage can reach up to 85 kV, significantly improving dielectric performance and extending both oil and transformer service life.
3. A high-performance double-stage vacuum system ensures efficient dehydration and degassing with an ultimate vacuum level of ≤0.05 mbar. Moisture content can be reduced to ≤3 ppm and gas content to ≤0.1%, ensuring stable long-term insulation reliability.
4.Three-stage precision filtration with high-quality stainless steel filter elements removes mechanical impurities and fine particles down to 1 micron, delivering highly purified transformer oil with excellent cleanliness.
5. In addition to oil purification and regeneration, the system performs transformer vacuum evacuation, vacuum oil filling, providing a complete on-site maintenance solution for power transformers.
6. The system supports both energized (online) and de-energized (offline) transformer maintenance. The purification and regeneration units can operate independently or simultaneously, allowing flexible operation based on oil condition and field requirements.
7. An advanced PLC-based automatic control system provides full process automation with real-time monitoring. Integrated safety protections include automatic liquid level control, pressure protection, and electrical interlocks between the heater, vacuum pump, and oil pump, ensuring safe and reliable unattended operation.
8. Designed for large-scale power applications, the system delivers a processing capacity of up to 12,000 liters per hour.
